PRECISION COLLISION AUTO BODY Davenport, IA
Next Race scheduled Friday July 3rd at the Davenport fair grounds.
June 26th Won my heat race. Started on the pole, was leading on lap 3. On the restart I ran into turn 1 way to cautiously and was railroaded by the field. I dropped back to 4th or 5th. I stayed calm and worked my way back to a strong 2nd place finish. The second half of this year should be a strong one. HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE AT THE TRACK. Thanks to all of my sponsors and crew!
JUNE 12th Had an unfortunate mishap running second tonight. Was tapped in the center of the corner and spun in the front of the field. Matt Stein and I ended up colliding head on. Car will be ready for next weekend.
JUNE5th- Strong 3rd place finish tonight behind Thad Wilson and John Bull. Looking forward to this coming Friday.
May 23rd- WIN! WIN! WIN! We picked up our first feature win of the season tonight. Thanks to a late caution I was able to pass Tony Vondresky for the lead on the second to last lap. Thanks to all my sponsors and family for being patient. We'll see how this new setup works at Davenport next Friday.
MAY22nd- Car was terrible in the heat race...enough said. Started 16th in the feature and finished 8th. Took until lap 12 to find a line that worked for us.
MAY 9th- Started 4th in heat race and picked up our first "WIN" of the season. Started 7th in the feature and after being thrown off the track with 5 laps to go we finished 12th.
May 8th, 2009 Davenport Speedway Rained out! Car felt way better in my heat race. Excited to go to Maquoketa.
May 1st- My apologies to all that have come out to support me thus far. It has been a very disappointing beginning in 2009. We are working on what is causing the car to dump on the nose so hard which creates an uncontrollable push all the way around the track. I am confident that with the Team of experience around me and the help of Harris Auto racing we will back in contention very shortly. Please bear with us through these difficult times. BEER is always COLD and waiting. Hope to see you soon
APRIL 12th- Started 19th and finished 11th at the FrostBuster in Tipton on Friday night. We fought motor troubles all night. All in all we felt fortunate to make the show and with everything that went wrong we were happy with the way the car worked and finished.
